Requirements for Registration
For Resitters
Applicants who are re-sitting the examination are required to submit the following documents:
- Evidence of online registration (message or confirmation sent to the applicant’s email).
- Duly completed GPTCE Registration Form.
- Proof of payment of the examination registration fee of GHS 200.00.
For First-Time Applicants
First-time applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- Evidence of online registration (message or confirmation sent to the applicant’s email).
- Duly completed GPTCE Registration Form.
- Proof of payment of the examination registration fee of GHS 200.00.
- Certified copy of School Certificate (Higher National Diploma in Dispensing Technology).
- National Service Certificate.
- Experiential Training Report from the hospital, duly signed and stamped by the preceptor or supervisor (who must be a pharmacist in good standing).
- Valid National Identification (Ghana Card).
Note: All submitted documents must be clear, valid, and properly signed. Incomplete or unclear submissions may lead to disqualification or rejection of the registration.
