The Board and Management of the Pharmacy Council want to bring the following notices to the attention of Pharmacists, Over-The-Counter Medicine Sellers (OTCMS), Pharmaceutical Staff, Pharmacy Owners, and the general public:
1. SUSPENSION OF RECEIVING OF NEW APPLICATIONS (BOTH PHARMACIES AND OTCMS)
The Pharmacy Council has suspended the receiving of new applications for both pharmacies and OTCMS licenses effective 31st January 2021.
2. WEARING OF LAB COATS, UNIFORMS, AND NAME TAGS
Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians on duty are required to wear their lab coats and put on their name tags. Medicine Counter Assistants (MCAs) are to wear the prescribed uniform and name tags.
